Any subscriber who lives in the local area (Deaf Smith County, Castro County, Potter County, Randall County, Oldham County & Parmer County) and has their paper delivered to their home or business can pay the regular subscription price and receive a free on-line subscription.

6 months = $40.75
1 year = $77.40

Out of County or State
1. Any subscriber who lives outside of the local area or the state of Texas can pay the regular local rate for an on-line subscription and no longer receive a paper in the mail.

2. Any subscriber who lives outside of Deaf Smith County can pay the outside area rate and receive a free on-line subscription.

6 months = $44.65
1 year = $85.20

3. Any subscriber who lives outside of the state of Texas can pay the regular out of state rate and receive an on-line subscription for free.

6 months = $48.70
1 year = $98.10
